1. How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website by:

  1. Browsing our collections.
  2. Selecting your desired product, size, and quantity.
  3. Clicking “Add to Cart” and proceeding to Checkout.
  4. Entering your shipping details and completing payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer (details will be shared at checkout)

3. Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes, we deliver to all cities across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.


4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
    Processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

5. How much is the delivery fee?

Shipping charges are applied at checkout. For returns and exchanges, shipping will be charged (unless the item is faulty).


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track it online.


7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, if:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
    For exchanges, please email contact@yasham.pk with your order number and reason.

8. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.


9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry if this happens! Please email us at contact@yasham.pk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


10. Do you offer custom sizing?

At the moment, we offer standard sizes (S, M, L, XL). Please check our Size Guide before placing an order to ensure the best fit.


11. Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.


12. Do you have a physical store?

Currently, Yasham operates online only. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan.
