At Yasham, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange an item:
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Email us at contact@yasham.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization along with return instructions.
- Shipping will be charged for exchanges and returns (unless the item is faulty).
Refunds
- Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
